What does it take to become a scholar of the Early Modern?
Join Renaissances, °®åú´«Ã½â€™s early modern focal group, as we host (Peter Reill Chair in European History, UCLA) to explore this question. Topics of discussion will range from research methods and writing strategies to the practice of historiography. Together, we will consider the unique challenges and rewards of researching the Renaissance.
A welcome reception (4:30 p.m.) will precede Prof. Tutino’s remarks (5:00 p.m.). Refreshments will be served.
