Duo Gordis-Hantaï: Harpsichord and Viola da Gamba
You are warmly invited to an in-person concert at °®åú´«Ã½ on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 7:30 pm by two outstanding musicians, Lillian Gordis (harpsichord) and Jérôme Hantaï (viola da gamba), who will be playing music by Marin Marais, François Couperin, and J.S. Bach.
The concert will be preceded by a short lecture introducing the role of chamber music in courts and salons in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, as well as how modern musicians attempt to recreate historical performance practices.
The concert is free of charge and all are welcome.
